Saturday morning, I met up with Melissa and Amelia at Fort Clinch State Park on Amelia Island. Who would have guessed that we would cause such commotion there... it was also the weekend that the Civil War reinactment group is at the fort providing tours and information about the soldiers during that time period. The sargeant of the group informed us that Melissa and Amelia weren't appropriately dressed. After all, in 1864 the women wore long-sleeved dresses and bonnets covering their heads. :) Thankfully, we managed to slide by, and I was able to capture some amazing images! Thank you, ladies, for the great time!! Here's a peek:
