Some people have kids.

Smarter people have dogs. Bwahahahahahaha!
No offense to parents out there. I know my day will come when a flutter in my heart will be present and lead me down the path to parenthood... but until that time, I will give my love to my dog.
Kristin and Joey are the cutest twosome ever. She's sweet and kind, and he's so energetic and spunky. And they make me smile!

The S Family

The S Family has been one of my biggest supporters through my adventures with photography. I love seeing my clients grow, and this family is no exception. Our photo session this Sunday afternoon was at Grassy Pond in Lake Park. I had never been there, and was pleasantly surprised at what a cute area it was!

This image is just TOO CUTE not to share... sorry, Dad! I think you were asking for it! Years from now, Miss M will cherish this picture with you!

Jenn : Maternity

Jenn's mom called last week to say that she needed to schedule a maternity session. Jenn's sister, Erin, had a baby two years ago and I was lucky enough to be her photographer. I felt honored to be asked again to document such a wonderful time in their family!
As luck would have it, I had a cancellation on Saturday morning, so we made arrangements to meet up for her maternity session. It was a beautiful morning for pictures, and I'm so happy with the outcome. Here are a few sneak peek images!

Happy Halloween

Whether you're into ghosts, goblins, and scary stories or prefer candy, costumes, and fun this weekend... Happy Halloween! Here are a few halloween-inspired photos I've captured during the past month or so. Kinda freaky, kinda cool. :) Note that both of these spiders are true-to-scale, and I didn't zoom in at all. That spider really was that big. Yikes!

I've got FOUR sessions this weekend, so make sure to visit next week for image overload! I love the holiday season!

6 years

Kelly and Philip have been married for six years. When we started talking about family portraits (seen HERE) Kelly asked if I could spend some time with just the two of them for portraits to celebrate their anniversary.
I've never seen a dad/husband more participatory in a photo session before. I think his good behavior was Kelly's request for a present. :) Whatever it took, it was worth it... because these images show fun, togetherness, and love!

Boudoir Marathon 3

I am so excited to be announcing my third marathon boudoir session! I'm in awe of the women who have allowed me in to the most private areas of their lives, and have given me the opporunity to make their significant others grin from ear to ear! Boudoir sessions are SO much more than sexy pictures for your partner. It's about boosting your self-esteem, showing off your inner & outer beauty, and celebrating what it means to be an amazing woman!
And, with this session not being for three months away, it should give you plenty of time for planning! I've never heard so many laughs or seen so many smiles in a session. It's truly an amazing experience! So, if you're interested in a boudoir session, make sure to take note of the information above and e-mail me with any questions.

The Jones Family

This past Sunday, I met up with the Jones family for some fall portraits. We met at the north campus at Valdosta State University. I was so excited to see their autumn attire, and I fell in love with little A's overalls. Aren't they adorable?
Mom and dad were celebrating their 6th anniversary, so I took some couple portraits too. I'm saving those for their own post later this week, but for now here are some of my favorite family images.

Are you kidding me with this image?! I love it!
